I'M NEED TO PLAN A REUNION FOR 300 PEOPLES IN VA BEACH...HELPPP
submitted by DOLLY DAWKINS in VA BEACH, VA
we just have our family reunion; there were over 200 people and I learned a couple of things for next year. When you have a large amount of people 1) don't accept money after the due date, 2) for all those who have paid their money in full, have colored wristbands for them at registration so you can easily identify them when serving food and 3) have plenty of activities for the kids because when kids get bored, parents get annoyed.
Our reunion is open to anyone that wants to come but since we have it catered we must be able to identify the paid family members when it's time to serve he food and do other activities that required funding. Anyone who didn't pay their money can attend but they must bring their own food.
