Try Vista Prints they offer free stuff, you have to pay for shipping.
I ordered magnets, postcards, and other free stuff. I also purchased yard signs, pens, caps, shirts, car door magnets and made free special brochures with tibits of family history and info as keepsakes. I spent about $60.00 but got a number of things free for goodie bags and the family raffle. My daughter took some of the things ordered and made family scrapbook pages for giveaways.
I also went to Downtown LA and found inexpensive bags to make gifts and purchased other inexpensive items. The Family Trivia game for those prizes was one of the exciting events of the reunion

Also, check with local Chamber of Commerce, Banks, and etc. Sometimes, they have free giveways. The C of Commer. could have maps/phone books about city so out of town guest would have this information accessible. Also, I received a bag from my local C of Commerce and I taped schedule of reunion plans and a poem inside the bag.

Seems our family reunion has ended up being a family vacation. We end up doing our on thing in a city away from home without the entire group. This year my children and I are planning the reuinon in the home state and our relatives won't be able to part and go to different tourist attractions. We have planned lots of fun activities that influences family togetherness. We would like some fun gifts to give as prizes to make this a memorable reunion.
