We have been working with African-American families in the Charlotte area with their family reunions. We have a publication called the African-American Historical News Journals, which have been used in gift bags.
The Journal is a 64-page compilation of African-American newspaper articles written from the 1700's up to the Civil Rights Movement. The topics include influential women, statesmen and politicians, entrepreneurs, inventors, military and war heroes, and commerce.
It is amazing to read about the African-American contributions to our country.
Please email me if you have any questions.
