family reunion ideas

You want to start by making a directory of your family and then calling some of them to recruit help for the plannning. I live in California but most of my family is in texas and I am planning a family reunion for June of this year. It will be in Fort Worth. are you doing this on your own?

I am an event planner. One of my passions is Family Reunions. I make all the reservations. I send all the letters/invitations. I come up with the activities/entertainment. I can order t-shirts. We have our Family Reunion every year in Waco, TX, in July, I am from there, we come from all over the United States, some of our family stay with relatives some of stay in hotels, if you book with them tell them if they give you a good rate your family will stay with them every year that you come, and that this is a Family Reunion and they will give you a deal and let them know if you will be using any of their conference rooms, we have been doing this for the last 25 yrs
