I just used a company called Image 1 Marketing based out of Chicago. They were professional, price was good, and they have a bunch of stock art and a variety of ways to design and make your own concepts by using their design lab online. They were fast (2-3 weeks for the order). Since I live in Minnesota, we paid no screen set up fee or taxes (Minnesota does not tax clothes). We got 66 t-shirts and it averaged about $10 apiece (front and back design with two color process). If we had gotten to 100, I believe the cost wuld have gone down to somewhere around $8 a shirt.
